I've been using iSilo for quite a long time (v4.27 currently). Recently my PC had a malfunction and I had to restore an old version of the registry. Most software was still working but some I had to re-install, including iSilox.
My recollection is that iSilox used to do scheduled updates automatically without me having to start the main iSilox program every day. Now, when I start the main iSilox program it immediately sets about doing the overdue scheduled tasks, otherwise, they are not done. So, to have the scheduled tasks done automatically iSilox must be running, and there is a corresponding button on the Windows Task Bar.
I'm sure iSilox used to do the scheduled tasks automatically, and I'm sure I didn't have an iSilox button on the task bar all day. I can't find a setting in iSilox Options the gives me what I want, such as 'Run as a service', or whatever. Can anyone put me straight on this?
