*.ixl creator?

Is there a script out there that can generate the xml file, or an easy way to tell iSiloXC to convert something? Since it always needs a *.ixl file for input.

Another way to create the IXL file for the command line version:

Use wine and iSiloX.

To process the IXL file, I created a cronjob, that copy the file, changes some fiels inside (the destination path), and runs iSiloXC. Works fine for me.

You can use iSiloX with wine too, to process the IXL file. Good for testing.
