invalid registration code

I have recent purchased isilo and have been unable to register it. I have a o2 mini XDA smartphone and have downloaded isilo v4.32. I have tried to type in the registration number changing the fonts numerous times and the message that keeps appearing says that I have entired an invalid registration code.

The email registration sent to me says that it is for isilo v4 for windows mobile smartphone. Have I missed something?

Your O2 XDA mini is a Pocket PC device. Make sure that you have installed the Pocket PC platform version of iSilo 4.32. Also, please check your email for your updated license information.

I have a Nokia E60. My trial version of v4.33 expired and so yesterday I purchased a licence - symbian 60 version3. The reg code I received is invalid. I have tried upper case, lower case, with hyphens and without. I think this is a great program. Please help me get around this little glitch with the registration.

There is a registration code version issue with "iSilo for S60 3rd Edition" 4.33 where you actually need to purchase for the current latest license for version 5.x rather than 4.x. Please check your email for your updated registration information.
