Since so many are having questions or problems with getting the correct version of the iSilo on their device I though I would post a few links here to maybe assist in helping to define the topic:
"Pocket PC Phone v. Windows Mobile Smartphone"
http://pocketpccentral.net/smartphone/help/general/smartphone_ppcp.htm
http://www.devx.com/MEDC/Article/33837

The short answer is:
NON TOUCHSCREEN = SMARTPHONE
TOUCHSCREEN = POCKET PC PHONE (or without Phone)
P.S. This forum is for NON TOUCHSRCEEN devices!

I have a Treo 700w, which is a Windows Mobile Smartphone.
I recently installed a new version of iSilo on it, namely the iSilo 4.32 for Windows Mobile Smartphone.
However, whenever I now open an iSilo document, it will not view properly. when I start scrolling down on the screen, the view on the screen gets completely messed up.
Relatedly, when I installed iSilo, it said that I might have problems viewing documents because this version of iSilo was made for previous versions of smartphones.
But the problem is that iSilo 4.32 for Windows Mobile Smartphone is the only available version that I can use with my registration code.
Any help please?

Please reread the information above!
Since your device *IS* a TOUCHSCREEN device it is by Microsoft's definition a POCKET PC Phone edition, and *NOT* a "smartphone" so you need to install the correct "Pocket PC" version of iSilo AND purchase the correct licence for it.
So for your Treo device this would NOT be the correct forum.

ok, thanks for clearing that up.
Now, I already had purchased the smartphone license. I'd prefer not to purchase another whole new license. Is there any way of getting them to refund it or give me the new one for free?
Thanks

Seems this question is still somewhat frequent so just a little bump to the top :)

I have a Motorola Q I just purchased, and i get the message: I might have problems viewing documents because this version of iSilo was made for previous versions of smartphones.
I installed iSilo 4.32 for Windows Mobile Smartphone.
The Q is not a touchscreen phone, so shouldnt this work?

The Windows Mobile Smartphone platform version of iSilo is the correct one for the Motorola Q. The message you describe sounds unusual. Can you quote the message verbatim rather than paraphrasing it?
