I convert plain text (*.txt files) to iSilo. It works, but what bugs me is that when I open it, there is only one page, for the entire thing. Is there anyway to make it so there is a new page for each screen, like in palmreader?

You would need to manually split the source. The converts treat each individual source file as a new page in the resulting document.

That seems pretty reduntant.. Is there an app other than iSiloX that can acomplish this easily?

Is there any particular reason why you want this feature? My first thought upon using PalmReader was, "How do I disable this page thing?"

In case you didn't realize it, you can switch the screen up/down behavior to "Full screen" under "Options/Scroll..." in iSilo. I would imagine the behavior would be quite similar except when searching.

As for a version of iSiloX with this capability, such a tool cannot exist. iSiloX doesn't know the screen size, font size, or display options for the destination device. If you were to lock in this information, you would lose a lot of the flexibility that makes iSilo great.

I don't know... I guess I'm simply asking that iSilo not change in this respect. ;)
