Problems Converting Website

I am trying to convert a rather large website - www.monergism.com (actually it is very large because of all the external links). I can't get it to convert successfully. Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to convert this site.

How deep are your links going? And what's happening when you try to convert it? When is it failing (which step)? Are you able to save the conversion log? Maybe it shows the reason.
