Duplicate Entries in "All" Catagories on T/X

Ever since upgraded to T/X and iSilo 4.x, have had duplicate entries in the "All" selection on the Catagories tab. One entry always has the correct catagory, but a garbage Location address. The other entry always has no catagory selected, but it does have the correct Location address, that of my SD card.

If I look at individual Catagories, there is only one entry. If I look at the "Uncatagorized" catagory, none of the duplicates are there, even the ones that are not catagorized.

If I copy and delete the entry with the garbage address to RAM, and then back again, what remains is a single entry with both the correct catagory and the correct Location address.
Deleting the garbage address entry makes the other entry unaccessible with an error message that asks me to reload the volume the document resides on. The volume identified is the correct name for my SD card. Removing the card and reinserting it yields the loss/deletion of the remaining entry (the one that had the correct address).

Any one else have this problem? Or, am I just lucky?

I found an answer through the Search function ...

Voltage Spike, in response to a similar problem experienced by another user last year, posted:
"Bring up the menu and select "List/Delete Special..."."

I did this, and the duplicates are gone.
