Transferring owner's right to a new device

Hi!
I had a Toshiba e310 with Isilo 3.25 in registered mode. Now I got IPAQ2215. I downloaded the new version of Isilo 3.35 but it does not accept the registration number from my old device. However, the links in documents which I read in Isilo are active. I am confused. If I have an unregistered version of Isilo why are the links active? And how can I transfer my ownership right to my new device? I would rather avoid paying twice for the same software.

You should be able to use the same registration code on your new device. You are most likely entering it wrong or have it wrong. Fill out and submit the Lost Registration Request (http://www.iSilo.com/support/LostRegCodeRequest.php) form to get your registration code.

The links work probably because you are in the 30-day fully functional trial period.
