It would be great to be able to set categories when converting files, rather than having them all arrive on the Palm as "unfiled" and having to categorize them manually.

In the document's properties, there is a "Default Category" option available under the "Document" options. See the help document (http://isilox.com/support/manual/iSiloX/ReferenceManual/DocumentProperties/Document.htm) for more information.
