does isilo work for psp

Does isilo work for sony psp. if so please advise. I am trying to be able to view railroad rule books for work. The downloadable books are either in the isilo format or adobe. The only instructions i can find for converting in adobe is for a mac. Which I do not have .

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
