This is the way I'm doing it.
If anyone can pitch in, thanks in advance.
I make my document in word
add a table of contents
Add bookmarks to pages and headings and anything I need to go to (images)
Add hyperlinks from the table of contents to the bookmarks
save
then save as webpage (html)
open in isilox and convert.
Somehow I lose the images, but working on it.
hope it helps!

Sometimes, you need to edit the hyperlinks before running iSiloX. This is especially true if you copy your HTML source files to your hard drive. If you don't edit the links, iSiloX will try connecting to the original web site.

Your document decides how accurate your table of contents is!!
Depends on how many chapter, subchapters, references, indexes, notes, etc.
All those you have to type or copy paste into the very first page and then add bookmarks to the chapters, etc. then hyperlinks to the table of contents.
Note: when I said table of contents, you are just providing an index for you to link to the desired pages, you are not creating a "table" in word.

Oh! almost forgot, if you have images and are using word, save as webpage filtered! so the images show.
