I am wondering if there are any EMS or Fire folks using iSilo and if there are any useful tools for the EMS /First responder/ level?

You may wish to browse through the Medical iSilo(tm) Depot (http://meistermed.com/isilodepot/) at MeisterMed (http://www.meistermed.com) to look for relevant references. There are references that include ACLS algorithms, emergency medicine, toxicology, bioterrorism, etc. which may be of use to EMS personnel.

I've converted the latest version of Dr. Rose's Peripheral Brain (http://faculty.washington.edu/momus/PB/tableofc.htm) for iSilo. PM me if you're interested and I can email it to you.

Tarascon (https://www.tarascon.com/products/index.php?PID=9), which is actually an application, is indispensable to me. I use this almost every shift I work. Eponyms (http://eponyms.net/) is another great application.
