i have been trying to convert html documents from a website to try to use on a ipaq. I have doucments that I would like to make one folder for but with hyperlinks for each document with a subject line for each document. It sounds easy I tried attempting this once already didn't succeed.
I would greatly appreciate any help I could find
thank you

Your goal is a little vague in some parts.
What is the "folder" that you mention? Is it an actual file folder, aka directory?
Are the hyperlinks that you want simply a means to access each of the individual documents from a main "table of contents"?

I have documents that are numbered from 1 to say 100 and I would like to put them all in one file but be able to access each one individually one at a time i guess from a table of contents.
for instance
buletins
1 times
2 places
3 things
4

You should create an HTML file that serves as the table of contents and has links to each of the documents. You can then convert the table of contents HTML file, which by default should also pull in the linked files.
