I have the Windows desktop version of iSilo. My desktop computer has multiple users. For each user I execute iSilo from the same directory:
"C:\Program Files\iSilo\iSilo\iSilo.exe"

When I check Help->About iSilo from the two different users they both have the same serial number. But when I check Help->System Information each has a different User Name and User ID.

I purchased a registered isilo document from a vendor that required me to supply my iSilo User ID. I sent them one of the two User IDs. They sent me the .PDB file and their registration code. When I first open the document I have to supply the verdor's registration code. It appears to check the iSilo User ID and if it is not the one I specified when I ordered the document I get an error. This results in me only being able to read the document from one of the two Users.

I would like be able to view this document from either Windows User. Is there a way to change the iSilo User Id to make it the same for all users on my computer? Thank you.

The user ID is based on the logged in user name. So unless the vendor is willing to issue you a registration code that is not tied to a specific user ID or the vendor is willing to issue you an additional registration code for the second user ID, the only way to view the document is under the account to which the registration code is tied.
