Uninstall older version (4.25)

I installed an older version after upgrading my PDA to a Sprint PPC 6700. Then realized I couldn't find my reg code (and couldn't get a complete reg code off my old PDA). So I bit the bullit and bought another license, only to find out it didn't work on my older version. Now I can't remove the older version. Seemed to work through "Remove Programs" and isn't listed in programs to remove anymore, yet it is still in my Programs page, works (in free mode only) and won't go away. The only reference I've found on my PDA to the program is in the AppMgr folder, but it will not allow me to delete the folder "DC & Co. Isilo". Because the icon in Programs points to the old version, just installing the new version (which I bought the license for) doesn't work. Any suggestions would be appreciated since I really need this program for research... David

It sounds unusual that even after you use "remove programs" to uninstall iSilo that it would still be there. Regardless, you do not need to remove the older version to install the newer version. When you install the new version, it will overwrite the old version. Just make sure that the old version is not running. Use Start/System/Memory/Running Programs to verify that nothing is running before you start installing the new version.
