Does the pocketPC version of iSilo support the 640x480 mode on on the Toshiba E800/805?

iSilo will run in 240x320 mode on the e800/805. It does not have support for 480x640 on the device.

Does this statement still hold true with ResFix (http://home.comcast.net/~swdeveloper/) installed? That is, will iSilo be one of those programs that uses one quarter of the screen and leaves the rest blank?

iSilo runs fine on Toshiba e830. No, it doesn't just fill up a quarter of the screen, it fills the whole screen. Probably the Toshi is displaying it in 240x320 mode.

No, you are probably seeing the full 480x640 resolution.

From the release notes for iSilo 4.1 (dated August 13, 2004):

Added direct support for VGA screens and landscape capability of Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition.
