Character Mapping

Hello,

Several web sites that I frequently convert using iSiloX use the "Right Single Quotation Mark" (’) in place of an "apostrophe" ('). When iSiloX converts these, they convery to question marks (?). Consequently, "Bob’s" converts to "Bob?s". Is there any way to correct this?
