Can't read chinese in pdb files

I just installed iSilo onto my PC and when I opened up a pdb file with Chinese characters, I can't read any of it... all the Chinese characters are just boxes...
However, I do have the NJStar program on my computer which normally allows me to read chinese for all other programs.

Please let me know how I can fix this problem.
