Having trouble with WM5 and iSilo

I have a Dell Axim X51 Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 5.0. I downloaded and iSilo and when I can get it to work, it's a great document reader, and iSiloX is really handy. But half the time I try to open a document, I click it and it acts like it's loading, nothing happens. It'll do that about five times and then finally a thing will appear that says the program is from an unknown publisher and asks if I want to continue. I click yes and nothing happens. I repeat this cycle about ten more times and finally it'll open. It's a real pain.

Anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Ugh...I feel like I'm getting ripped off on my 30 day trial. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? I've reinstalled twice already and it doesn't fix anything. It's a real pain...sometimes I can't spend half an hour trying to open a document. :confused:

We haven't encountered or had any reports of anything like that, so we're not sure what to make of it. When you get the message you mention, did you attempt to open the document from within iSilo's document list view, from File Explorer, or using some other third party product?

I'm trying from File Explorer. I can't open iSilo -- it does the same thing as if I try to open a document separately: takes an hour of constant clicking and reclicking and repeating over and over I don't care if it's from an unknown publisher.

Just to be sure, you did install "iSilo for Pocket PC" and not "iSilo for Windows Mobile Smartphone", correct?

Yep. Reinstalled it twice.
