I have a DELL Axim X51V. A friend copied iSilo 4.1x to my Axim. It does not work. It shows "XXXXX-XXXXX". However I want to enter my own code. I installed iSilo 4.32. I paid for an authorization code October 6. Where do I erase the old code shown? How can I enter my own new code now?.

The presence of that specific serial number indicates that you already entered your own registration code, so you do not need to enter it again.

I is true that I entered my own 16 digit serial number. However after working well for several weeks, the Axium reverted to saying I could not use features because of being in the Free Mode. Instead of showing MY 16-digit serial number, it shows a 10 digit number. I cannot overwrite that number with my own! It says "You are registered". What can I do? I have tried to erase and remount the iSilo program into my Axium.

You somehow must have gotten yourself into "Free mode". In iSilo's document list view, go to the Tools menu and tap Options. In the Options dialog, tap the Mode tab. There, uncheck the "Free mode" checkbox and then tap OK.
