I know this isn't going to be totally helpful, but I've only got a moment to point you in the right direction.

You are going to need to login to the web site as you normally would (or perhaps you are already logged in) and check your browser for any cookies the site gives you. You should be able to copy the cookie into the Cookies properties (http://isilox.com/support/manual/iSiloX/ReferenceManual/DocumentProperties/Cookies.htm) so that iSiloX can pull the documents.

If you have a resident geek nearby, he or she may come in handy. :P
