I have a sony clie pegux50. It came with the isilo v4.25 and I have not been able to review any of my medical literature and reference books through this. Most are listed on the menu page, however when I click on a reference book. I just get boxes and chicken scratches. only 2 out of 14 reference books work and I don't know why. I thought maybe I had to upgrade so I purchased v4.32. But I am still have the same problem. I also don't know if I should be using isilo or isilox. I'm really clueless as to how to resolve this problem and I am not a techy unfortunately. And isilo doesn't list a customer support number. Can someone please guide me through alleviating this problem? :confused:
