How to convert Word docs with pictures inside?

I have MS Office Word files with tables and pictures inside. Whatever I do I can't make pictures appear in iSilo files. I converted .doc into .html and saw them all right, but when I do the next step (converting html into pdb) they got lost.
Yes, of course option IMAGES in Document Properties is on and others neccessary too.
What am I doing wrong?

There is nothing special that you need to do. Would you be able to include a zip with a small sample .doc and the saved html/image files that do not convert right so that we can try to reproduce the problem?
