Frozen Tungsten E

Only twice in as many years, reading iSiloX v. 4.31 pages on my Tungsten E has caused a lockup. A soft reboot quickly fixes the problem and all of the pages are still there. BUT, all of the categories are lost and it is time consuming to recatergorize each file. There is plenty of room on the Palm and plenty of room on my card. Does anyone know why it freezes? Or, how to get the categories back w/o re-entering them?
