I can't get iSilo to install converted files onto MS

I haven't used iSilo on my Clie for a while and now I can't install a file onto the MS although I have set it to under both properties and default properties. Can someone please tell me what I'm forgetting?

For files to be able to be transferred to the memory card by the iSilo Install Conduit, HotSync requires that you have iSilo installed in the internal memory of your Clie. So if you have iSilo installed on the memory stick, the iSilo Install Conduit is not called upon by HotSync to do its job. That is probably the issue.
