Non-functional

I have a HP IPAQ hx4700. It recently crashed. i had to re boot the system entirely and therefore lost all my data. I sync it with my lap top. but now it does not recognize isilo and it will not open with my programs using isilo. user Id is 8865-0081-9944. It states that I am unregistered How can I retrieve my license registration code.

To request your iSilo registration code, please fill out as completely as possible the Lost Registration Code Request form (http://www.iSilo.com/support/LostRegCodeRequest.php) and follow the instructions for submitting it.Please clarify on the other issue you mention. What do you mean about your laptop not recognizing iSilo? Are you referring to "iSilo for Windows"?

Thank you for your response. I figured out the other issues I was having, the only thing left is the registration code. because it states "Unregistered" I submitted the request form but no response yet. I resubmitted the form again today.
