Motorola Q: Isilo does not show User name or Device ID

In order for me to read a particular PDB file, I need the User ID from Isilo. Unfortunately it's not showing this info in the system info screen. I have sync'd my device a couple times hoping this would work but it has not. Does anyone have any idea?
