I want to offer a service to convert data/books, etc to the iSilio format. If a client comes to me with content, and I convert their content, what are the steps to package this content with readers. For example, if I have a PDF, we just put the Adobe Reader on a CD or have the user download it from a website. If I don't know what platforms the end user will be using, can we purchase phantom licenses and the user can be directed to download whatever version they need? Is there a way to markup sales of readers to get a cut of the action?
