New Registration Key Needed?

I've had a Palm-based PDA for a while with iSilo. Now, I am going to sell my PDA and buy a Pocket PC. My question is: Will my registration key work with my Pocket PC, or will I need to buy a new key altogether?

Also, is the registration key transferrable? I was going to sell it to someone when I buy the PPC.

There are separate registration codes for iSilo for Palm OS and iSilo for PocketPC so your Palm reg code will not work on your PPC.
