Reloading Isilo Pocket PC Toshiba E310

I lost the program on my pocket pc because battery went dead. I have a single user license. I tried to download the version frm website...but it is not working. What are the steps to doing this. Do I need to buy something new? I had verion 4.x

What is the problem? Does the program refuse to run or is it not accepting your registration code?
