I downloaded iSilo 4.3 and I recently bought the licence. I followed the instructions to register it, and it tells me I am registered. However, when I look under System Information, I do not have a User name or User ID. I need both of these to download and read another program using iSilo. What else do I need to do, or what am I doing wrong?

The User ID is based on the Owner Name you enter for your device.

Hi I bought the isilo license some time back and by pocketpc battery died and now have a new one but I cant find my license number now. How do I find my license number. I also have a new computer and all the old emails on the other one are long gone. Please if you can help.
