Amirsys image database Need Help

A friend gift me an electronic book. The CD that came with it is damaged. I want to open and view the books, but I can not. I think because it have a database prc and others images amirsys archives.

I'm not exactly sure what kind of help you are soliciting.

Have you tried cleaning the disk? I have heard toothpaste works well for patching a poor surface. (Once you have the disk working, make sure you copy it before it goes bad again.)
