I purchased iSilo, thinking that there was a color option, since the FAQ said color is not available on the free version. I cannot find any way to either get color (to change text color to show off as I browse back through a document - my desire is to mark certain things when I prepare to give a lesson and such) or highlighting to work. I downloaded MarkMyScriptures and find that it will change text color (although there is a limit to the number of times it can be done without buying the product).
Tell me how to do this, or shall I just drop iSilo and go to MarkMyScriptures?

The point about color not being available in free mode is that regardless of whether or not any of the document content has color formatting, all of the content will just display in black and white.
There is currently no way to change the color of only part of the document text after it has been converted. However, you can use the color theme feature to change all of the text to a given color. When viewing a document, go to the color options to change the color theme.
Annotation capabilities such as you mention are under consideraton for the future.

Hope Isilos sreading this thread.
Hope they have plans of adding highlight, cut or copy options to isilo? Pls do coz we really dont know whats causing the delay or at least give us ,your paying patrons ,a reason why until now there are no highlighting features.

MarkMyScriptures has its own file format. Most Palm docs have the same file extension of pdb, even if the file format is different. You need to pay attention to what reading programs the files were compiled for. Palm documents will only work for specific readers.
