Can't Get The Document View

I just installed isilo 4.31 and MeisterMed ICD on my Zire 71 Palm. I ran both before in the prior versions without problems. All are installed per the info screen on the Palm. The isilo sample is installed as well. When I tap on the isilo icon, only the isilo manual comes up. I cannot even access the sample document.
What am I doing wrong ?

To get to the document view, tap the "X" in the lower left corner. If you don't see the toolbar, then tap the lower left corner and it should appear.
