Hot sync inop

I downloaded and installed Isilo 4.31. When I list files in my quick install window, it say that files will be loaded to my Palm PDA during the next hotsync- When I push the sync button, all appears to be doing what it should, but after hotsync is complete - there are not files transfered. What's up with this?? My wife also has a PDA and the hot sync transfered files ok. Any help is appreciated. Merrill- rainy California.

Do the files disappear from the Quick Install window after the sync? Are you installing to the internal memory or a card?

Also, double check the user when you add the files. Perhaps you are accidentally adding them to your wife's Quick Install.
