I'm converting http://www.iht.com/articleindex.html (0 links deep for testing)
Some days ago iSiloX started to convert the document incorrectly with this error message:
"Unable to parse CSS: http://www.iht.com/css/ihtGlobal_v2.css"
without this CSS the page is looking ugly and unusable.
What can be a problem?

A conversion using version iSiloX 4.01 resulted in no errors with that URL. What version of iSiloX are you using?

Yes, you should at least upgrade your version of iSiloX (the converter) to version 4.01. There is no need to upgrade to iSilo 4.x (the reader) to take advantage of this.

Would you be able to turn on connection logging and then rerun the conversion in the .ixl file you attached? To turn on connection logging in iSiloX do this:
1. In the Tools menu, click Options.
2. In the Options dialog, click the Logging tab.
3. On the Logging tab in the Connection box, check the option Log connection messages to a file and enter a file name such as c:\connect.log into the field.
4. Click OK to accept the changes to the options.
After doing the above, please reconvert and provide the content of the connect.log file.
