I've converted some HTML using iSiloX and installed them onto my SD card.
When I open the pdb when the T3 is in expanded screen mode i get a Fatal Alert: MemoryMgr.c, Line:3639, Non-word-aligned handle
When I have it normal screen mode and open the pdb first and then go to expanded screen mode it works fine...
Any suggestions??

Would you be able to email the .pdb file as a file attachment to email at isilo.com so that we can try to reproduce the problem?

file is available at http://www.users.on.net/c.wan/Palm/colchicine.pdb
created from webpage http://www.holistic-online.com/Remedies/Arthritis/arth_gout_conventional.htm
upon further testing it seems that this does not occur when the file is not on the SD card but on the Palm itself...
I need it to work on the SD card because my files are going to be big.

Opening the document with the T3 already expanded does not seem to produce the problem you describe.
Would you be able to provide the option settings you have for all of Display/Font/Interface/Scroll/Region so that we can try with your settings?

1. Do you have iSilo stored internally or on a memory card?
2. After starting up iSilo in its document list view, go to the Tools menu and tap System Information. What are the numbers that show for the amount of memory, both Dynamic/Storage and Free/Total?

iSilo is stored internally
Memory Free Total
Dynamic 11053K 11264K
Storage 29964K 53247K
I have same problem (fatal exception) in expanded mode with all type of files (pdp, txt).

Do either of you have any third party software that integrates at the system level (e.g., hacks) or that provides non-English language functionality to your device?

Yes, I only have PiLoc (Russian Language) installed. But when I switched PiLoc off problem still exist.
I found that in my case this problem exist only when I open via Open File dialog...

Just installed isilo (4.01) today and tried with a pdb document on my new T3 (v5.2.1). Everything works fine except when I move the documents to the SDcard (lexar 256mb)... now
if I do not expand the T3 and I open it in isilo, it is ok. I can then expand it after it is opended.
now, if I already expand the T3 and open the same document in the card, it gives me fatal exception (which after pressing reset won't reset at all)
Everything is find if the document is stored in the memory.
I have tried with a 8Mb document and a 1mb document and they both have the same behaviour.
I have installed the following:
Zlauncher 3.70.2
CJKOS v4.6
uninstall manager 2.49 (doubt it has anything to do with it)
and the 2 files that are required for T3

I seem to have somewhat solved my problem. You have to put it into the \Launcher directory on the SD card so that iSilo will see it when u start up iSilo. It only seems to happen when you manually open the file with iSilo.

Thank you to all who contributed information to reproduce the problem.
To summarize the issue: On a Tungsten T3 with the screen in expanded mode, when using the Open File or Document Information dialog to open a document, a fatal alert may occur.
This issue will be addressed in the next update to iSilo.

agree... agree with kch00, if the doc is put in \launcher where isilo sees it, there is no problem, only when using fileopen in already expanded mode will there be a problem.
thanks
