I sent a Lost Registration Code request in over 3 weeks ago with no reply. I sent another 2 weeks ago, no reply. I tried my registration code on my new device, no good.
Has support for this wonderful product dried up??? :confused:

Support is still full of water.
There were two separate lost registration code messages from you, one from March 7 and the second from March 10. Both were replied to the same day, so the reason you must not be seeing the replies is because your email server or system is filtering the replies. Check your junk/bulk/spam email folders and settings. We have just reforwarded our March 10 reply to you as well.

I'm sorry to have accused you of "drying up" when you were very much on the job!
I've checked my Outlook junk senders and other rules and don't see anything that would be auto-deleting your mails, but that is happening. I've looked over my emails, and frustratingly I see the email in my Google desktop search, but it doesn't bring up the mail because it's been moved. Its in non of my archive folders either. Can I bother you to send it one more time? The free trial has run out and I can't live without my hyperlinks!
