chinese bug?

i think i found a bug or weird issue that is hard to descibe, but ill try my best. (the following is in GB/BIG5 chinese characters) I have a isilo "book" i put together. i have a table of contents page that link to each chapter and each page. each chapter has about 10 pages. when i click the link from the ToC page, it corerctly goes to the right location within any given chapter. the problem is, if that page is in the middle of a paragraph(in the middle of a overall <p> </p>) on the screen it loses 2 lines of text above that "page" link. for instance if the next 5 lines are full lines of text

123
zyx
987

and the page link jumps between 123 and zyx, what i see on the screen is

mno
zyx
987

now if i just scroll up and down a page, it reappears, and no problems. if i jump in-between paragraphs, or after an image, there isnt any issues. i hope this makes sense.
