autoscroll screenfull at a time

i like autoscroll but for long periods, my eyes get tired.
Can it just autoscroll screenfull at a time instead of the pixel by pixel method? also able to change the speed of the screenfull autoscroll.

Line by line and pixel by pixel are the only autoscroll methods currently available.
