Registration Problems

Hello,

I referred a friend to iSilo as I am a very happy user. I use it for our rule books at work. My coworker downloaded it and liked it also, but when he registered online he claims he received no registration number. He is trying to retrieve the registration but is now somewhat flustered in his inability to do so, and his iSilo is not working (30 day trial over) although he paid the money.

My question is where can I direct him to so he can get the registration number? Is there an email address he can send to, or perhaps a phone number he can call?

If he purchased from the iSilo online store, then he should have received his registration information almost immediately as the system is automated.

You can ask him to send an email to http://www.iSilo.com/img/email.jpg and include the following information: name, email address, place of purchase, order date, and order number.
