when I try to download iSilo 4.01, I am asked to indicate the processor I have for the storage of memory for the application executable file. When I go to settings/system/about on my iPAQ h1945, I am told the processor is a Samsung S3C2410 with 56.6mB of memory. How does this help me choose between the three choices listed from iSilo: PXA/Xscale/ARM or MIPS or SH3?

Your iPAQ 1945 uses an ARM-based processor. Actually, all Pocket PC 2002 and Pocket PC 2003 devices use ARM-based processors. Pocket PC prior to Pocket PC 2002 supported all three processor types. But with Pocket PC 2002 and later, Microsoft standardized on the ARM processor.
