Good day:
I was able to install iSilo with no problem but I am unable to read anything that I have install. I have uninstall/reinstalled some five times with no success, now I am able to read the samples of iSilo.

Which platform version are you using and what is the make and model number of you device?
What happens when you try to read something and what exactly are you doing when trying?

I have installed v. 4.3 and I can see the files in file explorer but when I try to open the file it display symbols. I have installed and reinstall some five times with no success, my device is a Siemens SX56 with Windows 2002.

I'm not too familiar with the platform, but what happens if you try to open the files from within iSilo (rather than use File Explorer)?

If you just see symbols, it may be the case that the file is neither in iSilo nor Palm Doc format. Do you know in what format the file is in that you are trying to view?

That I have tried but still unable to open the file (prc). What Iam thinking now is that iSilo cannot open these "prc" files.

Ahh, probably not. iSilo uses only the .pdb extension for its documents.
