You will have to reconvert the entire document.
iSilo will replace the old document and retain all of the local settings for that document.

Thank you for your reply.
I am a little confused by the terminology being used.
If I have 1) stylea.css, 2)a.html, 3)b.html, and 4)c.html, I get the impression that you consider the 4 files one document. They are in fact 3 unrelated documents and a style sheet that the others all use.
In fact, I converted each of the 4 separately.
How is the link statement in each HTML page actually handled? It can't be bound with the style sheet at conversion time because what if I converted the style sheet last?
Also; if I change c.html, can i just replace it (document, new, sync) or do I have to do more?

Generally, you create a document by specifying the main index page in iSiloX. iSiloX will then pull in linked pages up to whatever maximum depth you specify. The default is a depth of one. See this page (http://www.isilox.com/support/manual/iSiloX/ReferenceManual/iSiloDocuments.htm) in the iSiloX manual for an overview of how this works.
There is no way to convert an individual style sheet, as the style information is bound to the content during conversion when you convert the HTML page that refers to the style sheet.
