Add source files request

iSiloX is a really nice converter, and frankly, it is the reason I use iSilo. Plucker is very nice, but the conversion tools just aren't as complete or convenient. There are a few things that would make it even more convenient, however, particularly in the area of adding source files to the document.

I know I can create a html file with links to make bookmarks, but that is just not a very useful strategy, especially for automated conversions and such. Would it be possible to assign bookmarks to individual URLs I add to the documents list? Also, though I think this has been requested elsewhere, being able to reorder the files would be a great help.
