A iSilo for PPC colleague asked me to help troubleshoot the following and I need help helping her:
She had iSilo for PPC on her Dell Axim. She tried to move the iSilo program and iSilo docs to the expansion card by dragging and dropping. iSilo would not function from the card. She tried to move them back to main RAM with no success. She then tried to reinstall iSilo for PPC and got the error message "cannot delete the file Isilo Dvs, there has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use."
What can I suggest to her to help her recover and be able to use iSilo again?
