The Medical iSilo(tm) Depot is one of the sites I regularly visit. Thanks for assembling the many documents at the Depot.

Dr. Carl Weber has a 6.4 meg ISILO file called Clinical Medicine Consult. It is the most outstandong piece of medical software I have seen. It blows away all of the Skyscape products. For $60 you get a years license and about 4-5 updates. If you have the ROM use JAckFlash to get into your ROM (faster then a card and sames your precious RAM),
It is a combination of "pearls" mixed into to a medical text. He has a demo and you can purchase indivial modules if you are a specialist (narrow-ist....kidding). As a family doctor it has everything I need. Do need to when to order a oap sud enema vs. an oil retention enema? I don't, but it is in there...I challenge you to find similar info in a palm based format!
With Tarascon or Epocrates, John Hopkin ABX guide and Clinical Medicine Consult you are covered.
Take care,
~ Atticus
Google "Clinical Medicine Consult" and "Carl Weber"

I also regularly check Meistermed's site and appreciate it very much. It would be nice if iSilo would offer a document library on isilo.com though...

MeisterMed has just released our newest medical reference for the PDA. DermMeister is a dermatology photo atlas containing more than 500 high-res photos on 66 different skin conditions. It is co-authored by Dr. Richard Usatine, a widely-published national authority on skin diseases and the lead author of the book Skin Surgery: A Practical Guide.
Please visit MeisterMed (http://www.meistermed.com) to check out some screenshots and download your copy of DermMeister. It requires the iSilo document reader (for Palm OS or PocketPC) and 6 MB of space in RAM or on an expansion card.
Best of all, did I mention that it's free!
I hope you find it useful.
