Help. I just switched from a sony clie nr70v to a palm tungsten t3. I'm happy as hell with my new tungsten. however, my isilo refuses to load documents from my sd card no matter where I place them. I can see them but when i try to open them the machine resets. Ironically, i can open them up from zlauncher directly by running the document. on doing this, isilo opens the file and every thing is cool. but i can not open any file from isilo directly unless the file is in ram.
any ideas?

by the way, i don't think this has anythng to do with the tungsten problem with sd cards that people are talking about. not only do i have the updates installed but i have no problem with the card whatsoever. except of course the above problem. i've tried both isilo ver 4 and 4.01.

thanks

Sounds unusual.

Can you open other documents such as the iSilo Display Sample or iSilo Manual if they are located on the card?

Can you try copying one of the documents that does not open properly to the internal memory and then try to open that copy from iSilo and see whether it works?

Everything works fine from internal memory. just not from the card. there was a time when i moved all documents from /ebooks to /palm/programs/isilo and it worked for an hour or so. then it started messing up again.

Specifically, can you try placing the iSilo Display Sample and iSilo Manual documents on the card and report back on whether you can open them if they are located in the /Palm/Programs/iSilo directory of the card?

Also, what application did you use to move your files from the /ebooks directory to the /Palm/Programs/iSilo directory?
