Extra space in documents

Well im new so I dont think I know too much about siloX but I cant seem to figure out how too get rid of extra space on the top and bottom of documents.

Ignore table formatting doesnt do it, the remove all line breaks do nothing... help please!!! i hate scrolling to a part of a document after 3 screens of color.

Unfortunately there is no option to remove extra space.

that really sucks...

Not to complain or anything but you guys should have an option that removes text before a phase. This would also be great for the bottom.
