View Full Version : Activesync 4.1 crashes on iSilo

I've just installed activesync 4.1 and it crashes when it tries to sync iSilo. Specifically wcesmgr.exe crashes when it tries to execute isilodts.dll. If I disable iSilo in options, activesync runs fine.

I'm running:
XP home sp2
Activesync 4.1
iSilo 4.3b1 (version 4.28 crashes too)

Does anyone have any ideas?

We have not encountered any problems with ActiveSync 4.1. Try deleting all files queued for transfer to the device, then try connecting again. To delete all queued files, go to the ActiveSync window, double-click the iSilo Document Install line. This gives the "iSilo Document Install: Queued Files" dialog. Selecting all the files, then click Delete.

I have no documents queued.

I installed iSilox v4.29 but still have the crash.
